The main activity of
the Yu Build construction sector is to provide
consulting services in the area of construction and
project management. We have developed up-to-date “tools”
and models that we apply to successful project
implementation, from the initial idea until the
completion of construction.
We provide support for all phases of construction,
including research, document provision, design,
contractor selection, surveillance, construction
management and activities related to project closure.
For a number of years, the construction sector has been
engaged in project management and consulting services in
the area of construction project management. Our team is
comprised of experts with masters and doctoral degrees
in civil engineering, whose expertise has been confirmed
through work on a large number of demanding projects, as
well as young, university-educated, civil engineers.
One of our reference projects is the management of the
reconstruction and upgrade of the “Zeleni venac” market,
the best-known market in Belgrade. In this project, YU
Build was responsible for the coordination of all
participants in the project, as well as for time control.
Thanks to these activities, “Zeleni venac” was one of
the most successful projects the City of Belgrade has
implemented in the last few years.

One of our
reference projects is the management of reconstruction and
upgrade of the “Zeleni Venac” market, the best-known market in
Belgrade.
In this project, YU
Build was responsible for the coordination of all participants
in the project, as well as for time control. Thanks to these
activities, “Zeleni venac” was one of the most successful
projects the City of Belgrade has implemented in the last few

We also
participate in the project pertaining to the
construction of the Belgrade – Novi Sad motorway, as a
part of the team of the world renowned Scott Wilson
consulting firm. All agreements in this project are
implemented in accordance with FIDIC regulations, and we,
here, manage construction procedures and planning.
In the
project, YU Build, together with Scott Wilson, at the
request of Roads of Serbia, prepares instructions for
the management of construction projects in accordance
with FIDIC conditions of contract, and in accordance
with Serbian laws.

In the area
of road building, the YU Build company works with
world-renowned consulting firms.
Together with the CPCS Transcom consulting company and
Serbia Roads, we have developed a feasibility study on
the application of concession agreements, i.e. the
realization of the Private Public Partnership for roads
in Serbia. |
