We carefully develop, design and implement courses where the trainees can gain knowledge that is indispensable in the modern world, but which, in our country, cannot easily be mastered.

In the process, we make use of the most up-to-date achievements in the world of education, while taking into consideration the environment we live in and the specific circumstances of our trainees. Their evaluations are a valuable indicator that we are on the right path.

Our training team was created five years ago, following a capacity-building initiative initiated by UNDP and the Government of the Republic of Serbia. The initiative was started after identifying a lack of knowledge and practice in the preparation and implementation of different projects on all central levels and local government levels.

One of the training teams at the time has continued to work as the YU Build training team and has delivered over 50 training sessions in project cycle management. Representatives of almost all municipalities in Serbia, representatives of federal institutions, of the Government of Serbia, as well as the Regional Government of Vojvodina, have participated in our training sessions.

By bringing together professionals and a strong interest in new and effective training techniques, we have made countless advancements and developments in our training programs, together with the ability to adapt to the needs of our clients. Moreover, we have created a significant outsourcing capacity, which has contributed to variety in our training.

The competence of our team has also been verified through official institutions; hence we are all certified trainers of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and WIFI-PKS. Our seminars can be held both in Serbian and English.

Only sufficiently open-minded educators, who can understand all the difficulties and wishes of their clients are able to reach them and offer them the right knowledge in the right way. For that reason, we are happy that, among us, we have individuals with very different university backgrounds: engineers, doctors, philosophers, sociologists, philologists…

Naturally, in addition to our experience in education, each one of us has important professional experience in our own area of expertise.
